Lawyer for International Charity Status for US based Nonprofit

Project Description:
We are a U.S. based non profit whose primary work is done in India. We are interested in gaining Indian non-profit status but would like to discuss the legal implications of doing so for our employees who are employed in US but work in India, as well as our tax status in US and in India. We are looking for a lawyer who would be interested in having a pro-bono discussion on this issue and perhaps advise us on the best way of proceeding, as well as looking over our current employment contracts.
